Alrighty, so this isn't QUITE photoshop. But the method I'm sure can apply anywehre. For those of you who have OC/CG Illust or anything else by deleter, this is MAINLY for you. Oh! And I'm going to be so kind as to retype everything down here so you don't have to struggle with my writting XDD;;

-HAIR = remember to use the water color brush. ((or to you people with photoshop, Airbush to get the ligh fluffy effect!))

-Next- get a brush size about .7 ((photoshop = erm, about 2,3 will work!)) And make sure this is a regulat brush, not watercolor/airbrush, and quickly make fast streaks going downward! OH! And make sure, make SURE this is done on the ADD layer, I repeat ADD layer, also, make sure the color you chsoe fronm before it lighter.
((photoshop people = screen layer)) Change the opacity as neccicary.

-Next- go to a SUB layer! ((for photoshop people use multiply)) and usign the watercolor brush/ airbrush. lightly streak downward using a 5 point brush (( photoshop = 17)) I use a grey color with the sub/multiply just to add soem divertiy in the coloring, and make the opacity lower to what YOU think looks best. There really isn't a set numebr for opacity. Its just for the effect you want with the hair.

-Next- make another layer on ADD/screen and using a relitantly bigger brush than before, make on big highlight across the middle, and also alighnt the top of the head with it to make it look like the might is comming from a certain direction. Thats just what i do at least. And make surey ou go back to the lighter color. Not a grey. Change the opactiy as nesicary, you dotn haveto though.

-Finally - using the same ADD/screen layer. lightly run your pen tablet over the hair with the water color brush, using the same settings as last time, just for a nmore natural effect

I hope that helps you all understand how i do things ^__^;;; it really isn't THAT hard, and takes a little bit of practice! Happy hair..erm...coloring ^__^;; If you have any qustions, post them here and il be happy to answer them ^__^

i hav a question,

it this work in curly hair?

and u make it in sum layer of d picture or different layer?

just ask, can i make a long hair like that n use it with transform tool (warp) so it get easier n i just need coppy it
